I haven't forgotten the 25 motif challenge. I've just had my mind on other stuff. Here is a snowman I made from Christmas Angels and Other Patterns by Monica Hahn. The second one is done just the way it is written in the book: second picot of next ring to forth picot of previous ring. For the first snowman the first picot of the next ring is joined to the middle picot of the previous ring. I took the idea that Sharon was sharing about altering pattern one item at a time to come up with a totally new motif. I like both of them, but the altered one I like better and I've already decided how I'm going to alter it again!
